If you became tired of civilization there is a great chance to feel the freedom of mind. You will have a trekking tour to enjoy unharmed nature of mountainous Kyrgyzstan and to visit numerous lakes pure sparkling water. During this trip you will learn about Kyrgyz traditions and culture, because the Kyrgyz being nomads for many years managed to keep all their amazing traditions and customs to these days.


Day 1: Bishkek - Chon Kemin valley (170 km - 4 h)
Your guide will meet you at Manas International Airport and accompany you to Bishkek City (30 min. drive), where you will start the day with a breakfast in Dungan (Chinese Muslims) guesthouse. If you arrive too early we offer you a nice room with comfortable beds and you will be able to take a shower. The half day is dedicated to a guided Bishkek City Tour, including lunch. The tour includes the visiting of the central Ala-Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), National philharmonic and Manas Square, Oriental Bazaar, National Art Gallery and many others places of interest. After transfer to Chon Kemin valley, on the way visiting the Burana Museum, a site of a medieval city of Balasagun, the capital of the Karahanid Kaganate, a Turkic dynasty of the 11 century that took place along the Great Silk Road.  Dinner and overnight in Ashuu guesthouse.

Day 2: Chon Kemin valley - Tamga (150 km - 4 h)
After breakfast we will have time for a photo session to capture all the beauty of Chon Kemin Valley, large alpine valley. At this very place you will see Kyrgyz nomads with their yurts and sheeps as it was 1000 years ago among the Tian Shian Mountains, fast rivers, pine trees. Before our departure to Tamga village, we will stop not far from Chon-Kemin in order to walk 2 hours in Konorchek labyrinths, where at the end of the gorge you will watch you a magic view where of red mountains. Afterwards the picnic is organized there. Afterwards we continue our trip to Tamga village that is situated on the southern shore of Issik Kul lake, the second largest mountain lake in the world and the biggest lake in Kyrgyzstan. There functions a sanatorium in Tamga where soviet astronauts rehabilitated and trained their skills. The altitude and climate was ideally good for them. On the way to Tamga we will visit our famous Talgat - a hunter with golden eagles. He will tell us about his birds. After it we can take some pictures of the eagles. As soon as we arrive in Tamga village you will have sometime to swim in the lake. Accommodation in Askar guesthouse (1600m).


Day 3: Tamga - Barskoon gorge - Dunguromo Pass (3570 m) - Dugurotmo gorge (5 hours)
We drive to Barskoon village after the breakfast. This is where we will visit the family manufactory of producing yurts. Here you will find out many amazing facts about these felt nomadic dwellings. Then we continue our way to Barskoon gorge, one of the most picturesque pleces in the mountainous Terskey Ala Too. There exsits one of the highest waterfalls in Kyrgyzstan (alt. 2500 m) that is 60 meters high. We will see the stone of astronauts, where is a sign of first man in the space - Urii Gagarin.  From this place we start our trekking. We will have a climb to Dunguromo pass that is 3100 m.a.s.l. passing through which we find ourselves in a picturesque valley Dunguromo. After a few kilometers down from the pass, we stop for the camping. Dinner will give us an opportunity to share with impressions of the first day. Night in tents at the altitude of 2850 m.

Day 4: Dungurotmo gorge - Zauka Pass (3750 m) - Chokolu Lake (7 hours)
Be prepared for rather difficult day because after the breakfast we have a vertical hike to the Chokolu Lake over Zauka Pass. It is a historical pass, the part of the great Silk Road. Famous travelers passed this place in the ancient time: Ella Mayart 1932, Semenov Tyanshyanskii 1856, the Chinese Muslims came from China 200 years ago.  The landscape is rather flat, from vegetation prevails fine grass and moss, the climate is close to the tundra climate. approaching the lake we will break our camp for the night. Night in tents at the altitude of 3800 m.


Day 5: Chokolu Lake - Zauka Pass (3750 m) - Dzukuu gorge - Ashu Kashka Suu gorge
After breakfast we prepare all our equipment and belongings and then immersing it all on the horse we will go further. We have to get back to the Zauka pass and after passing it we will come to the Dzhukuu valley. Then we go down the gorge about 20 km and reach the foot of the Ashu Kashka Suu gorge where we break camp for the night. On our way we can meet Kyrgyz people living in yurts in summer pastures. Kyrgyz nomads are known for their great hospitality in Central Asia. We will try Kyrgyz cheese there and if you want you can try Kyrgyz beer (fermented mare's milk). Dinner and overnight in tents at the altitude of 2770 m.


Day 6: Ashu Kashka Suu gorge - Ashu Tor Pass (3490 m) - Jukuchak gorge (7 hours)
Early in the morning - preparing all of our gear and then we will hike up the gorge Ashu Kashka Suu. Reaching the foot of the pass, we will make a short halt for lunch and then we will have to climb to the Ashu Tor Pass (3490 m). After the pass we get into the Dzhukuchak gorge where is the warm mineral springs. At this very place we have a wonderful opportunity to take a bath in termal waters that we all have been dreaming of for 4 days of our trek.. After good bath our guide will offer you a local beer but not Kyrgyz beer, this time is real Kyrgyz beer.   Dinner and overnight in tents at an altitude of 2500 m.


Day 7: Dzhukuchak gorge - Orto Bulak Pass (2900 m) - Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge
After a strengthening breakfast we will go in the direction of Kichi Kyzyl Suu Valley. First we get the territory of Issyk Kul forestry that is located in the Dzhukuchak gorge. Further we have to climb to the pass Orto Bulak (2900 m). Then we come to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge where we break our camp for the night. This place is celebrated for its implausible beauty and stunning views of mountains.  Dinner in a good company is followed by sharing impressions of the passed days. The night you will spend in tents at the altitude of 2300 m.

 
Day 8: Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge - Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge - Jili Suu water warm springs
After a good breakfast we start our trekking in the direction of the picturesque valley - ChonKyzyl Suu. First we have to descend to the Kichi Kyzyl Suu gorge through the territory of forestry. Then we will go along the Djily Suu Mountains and finally we arrive in Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge. Here we enter the area of Ak Tash. Then we go up about three miles to the warm mineral springs which curative properties for skin and nerve deseases. The region is renowned for its beauty: it goes without saying that nomads' mountains will make you feel as if youa re at the top of the world. Overnight in tents at the altitude of 2150 m.

Day 9: Chon Kyzyl Suu gorge - Kok Dzhayyk Pass (2700 meters) - Jeti Oguz gorge
Unfortunately the last day of your trek has come. After breakfast we will go in the direction of the Jeti Oguz gorge - one of the most popular places to visit in our country. First, we went down to the place of Ak Tash, where we cross the river Kyzyl Suu (Red River). Then we begin the ascent to the pass Kok  Dzhayyk. The road passes through a small pine forest, which will impress you with its silence. It seems as if the whole world looks at you there. After the forest we will look at the Jeti Oguz gorge which will impress you for sure. Having covered a couple of kilometers we reach the yurt camp Kok Dzhayyk where we stay for the night. Dinner and overnight are in yurts at the altitude of 2300 m.

Day 10: Jety Oguz gorge - Karakol (30 km - 1 h)
After breakfast our journey will continue in the direction of the capital of Issik Kul region. Check-in hotel Elita**.  Today we will visit   Prjvalsky Memorial Complex, dedicated to one of the most famous Russian explorers of Central Asia . In order to understand the Kyrgyz life of the 19th century we will visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral  and the wooden mosque, made in a Chinese style without using a single nail.  In the evening we drive to Dyishin village, where we will have dinner with Chinese Muslims, here they are called Dungans. They came from Dunhuang, central China. Chinese Muslims came to Kyrgyzstan 200 years ago when it was a war among Chinese people of different religions. They are famous for their good agricultural skills and national cuisine.  We will try different kinds of salads and of course national dungan bread. You will After dinner we will come back to hotel.


Day 11: Karakol - Kochkor village (330 km-6 h)
Kochkor village is our destination place for this day. Here we can explore national traditions and customs, watch the process of making traditional Kyrgyz carpets and visit a handicraft museum. Also we will see and participate in the process of assembling a yurt, a traditional felt house of nomadic people. In the evening you will listen to the  Folk-concert.  On our way to Kochkor village we will drive along the north shore of Issyk Kul Lake - it means you will see the "pearl of Central Asia" form all sights! Dinner in a yurt and carpet-making show. Overnight in a guesthouse. 

Day 12: Kochkor - Bishkek
We move to Bishkek. Accommodation is organized in a guesthouse. Free time for shopping or to walk in the capital.

Day 13: Bishkek - Europe
Your guide will meet you at the hotel at the pick up time arranged previously according to your flight details and accompany you to Manas International Airport.
